Dharma Talk
Zen, Therapy, and Healing: Can They be Related?
The talk will discuss ways Zen, psychotherapy, and healing are similar but not identical. Questions such as "Is Zen healing?" and "How are some psychotherapies similar or influenced by Buddhism?" will be discussed. We will look at the question, "What is Healing?" both at the individual and social levels, as well as ways to bring more healing into our lives.
