The Usefulness of Letting Go

Heshimu is a freelance photojournalist as well as a Zen Buddhist priest. He has also worked as a paramedic and a nurse and served in the Marine Corps. He enjoys family, the outdoors, fly fishing, scuba diving and surfing. He has been studying and practicing Buddhism since 2005, has authored a couple of books related to Zen practice, and currently attends the Great Cloud Sangha in Jacksonville, Florida.
